It was easy to use - really intuitive.It has an auto turned off, which is nice in case I sleep.
Works excellent until now and not as bulky as my old one.
Soft and no extreme jabbing cords inside when laying on however. And do use it for my cramps too. Does not obtain as hot as I wanted it to however I assume that's safer.
